A bridge is easier crossed, not crossed alone
Struggling with the demands of life can become heavy, and at times we can feel stagnant. As a therapist, over the last 10 years, some of my areas of focus include: anxiety, depression, stress related issues, domestic violence and trauma (physical, emotional and sexual). My approach incorporates the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)model. Using techniques such as challenging negative and anxious thoughts and identifying core beliefs. A change in the thought pattern, can change the behavior and result in a greater outcome.
